==Outline of proposed changes==
First, I will improve the “Legal issues” section. The current article mainly focuses on the United States and China, which makes the discussion somewhat limited. Using the source 1, I will add a more global perspective and briefly show how similar conflicts between religious freedom and public health policies appeared in different countries.

Second, I will revise the section on digital church services. Right now, the examples are mostly about Christianity, which makes the section feel too narrow. Based on source 2 , I will present online religious practices as a broader phenomenon across different religious communities, not just churches.

Third, I will add more explanation to sections that currently only describe events. In several parts of the article, the text lists what happened during the pandemic but does not clearly explain why these conflicts occurred. Using the source 3, I will add a short analytical layer to show that these tensions were related to issues such as state authority, public health, and social trust.
