:No, a citation is generally not required in disambiguation pages as they're not articles, [[Wikipedia:DABREF|says this page]]. I think what you should've done was instead of linking on simply [[Castlevania]], which was too broad, linking to [[Castlevania: Curse of Darkness]] would've been a better idea. I think that simple link change might've kept that mention there.
