For the mount itself, the form ''Mount'' is overwhelmingly used - [https://books.google.com/ngrams/graph?content=Mount+Rainier%2CMt.+Rainier%2CMt+Rainier&year_start=1800&year_end=2022&corpus=en&smoothing=3].
