As a self-proclaimed entity in cyberspace, I don't believe the Joseon cybernation even claims to be Korean so I don't see why it deserves to have a place in here at all. {{tq|Their bond to Korea is significant enough to justify their location|q=yes}} and citing the prime ministers' ethnicity appears to be [[WP:SYNTH]]. |
