The Pyramid play-off will be contested between the champions of the [[2025–26 Highland Football League]] ([[Brora Rangers F.C.|Brora Rangers]]) and the bottom-placed club (Edinburgh City) in the League Two play-off final, the [[2025–26 Lowland Football League]] ([[Linlithgow Rose F.C.|Linlithgow Rose]]) were ineligible to compete due to not having an SFA bronze licence. The winners will then face being promoted to League Two for the 2026–27 season if they win. If Edinburgh City lose the play-off, they will be relegated to the Lowland League East for the following season. |
