Percy Blaine, a California drug dealer, is dating Tanya, a stripper, but is cheating on her with another stripper named Stella. Blaine's boss, Tonino, assigns Blaine to deliver a shipment of cocaine to an associate, Alejandro Biscotti, while expressing jealousy over Blaine's relationship with Tanya, who Tonino is secretly obsessed with, having constructed a shrine to Tanya after first meeting her at a promotion for [[Xtreme Pro Wrestling]]. Blaine steals half of the cocaine before setting out to deliver the rest (which he has cut with baking supplies) with Tanya.

Elsewhere, Arthur Greedlove, a deranged ex-government agent turned self-help guru, is picking up female hitchhikers to perform experiments on with a "Brain Motivator" helmet that causes the wearer to experience sexual fantasies that are so intense that they induce brain damage, reducing the women to husks to be used by Greedlove. Greedlove, when he finishes with the woman, abandons them in the desert outside of Los Angeles.

Elsewhere, Arthur Greedlove, a deranged ex-government agent turned self-help guru, is picking up female hitchhikers to perform experiments on with a "Brain Motivator" helmet that causes the wearer to experience sexual fantasies that are so intense that they scramble the victims' minds, making them susceptible to whatever is suggested of them by Greedlove. Greedlove, when he finishes with the woman, abandons them in the desert outside of Los Angeles, with the latest victim of this being a travelling musician named Lola Monarch.

Blaine and Tanya drop the cocaine off at Alejandro's mansion, and are forced to stay there and party by a drug-crazed Alejandro and his molls, Sasha and Marcy. Alejandro realizes that the cocaine has been tampered with and calls Tonino, who captures Blaine. Alejandro orders Tonino to keep Tanya occupied by having sex with her, which Tonino is initially reluctant to do, while he tortures Blaine. After Tonino falls asleep, Tanya fellates Blaine one last time before running off and abandoning him and Tonino. Tonino forces Blaine to dig his own grave before shooting him on the outskirts of Los Angeles while a hitchhiking Tanya is shown being picked up by Greedlove.
