:::::It is true that BADNAC#1 conflicts with the wiki-philosphy; we can consider it an unfortunate solution to an unfortunate problem. CTOP areas just drive certain people crazy, and they lose all logic and reason. Even people who would otherwise be rational, thoughtful and nice. I've seen it happen irl. BADNAC#2 and #3 apply equally to admins but we expect them to be experienced users, and they do have the required butttons. BADNAC#4 also applies equally to admins but it is described over at [[WP:INVOLVED]] because there is an important caveat; if they were involved ''purely'' in their role as admin, not as editor, then it doesn't "count".
