Agree on the your edit removing "well-marbled", I spent a few minutes trying to find neutral phrasing before accepting that leaving it to someone else was wise. I see though that you introduced "is well-flavoured"; is this a euphemism for tasty or are you trying to express "the opposite of bland" etc?
