The article on Forrest mentions he was called this nickname during the war, which is not quite the equivalent of a dozen sportsmen being called [[The Great One]], and to be honest, if I wanted to look up someone like [[Wayne Gretzky]] and forgot his name, I don't know if I'd have remembered his nickname either. I'm not sure if online searches are the best method to determine something as vintage as a silent film. If this article is deemed non-notable or something, then maybe it could re-direct, but I think further research is required.
