The results of an earlier survey among the citizens of Ruse show that more than 98% of businesses and individuals would take advantage of flights to and from Sofia as it is much faster and more convenient than taking road or rail transport.
Research was done regarding passenger demand and the feasibility of opening this route, and it was concluded that 98% of travellers between [[Ruse, Bulgaria|Ruse]] and [[Sofia]] would benefit from a regular flight service as it would be way faster and more convenient than road or rail transport.
