The warehouse is in stone with a corrugated asbestos roof, and has three storeys and sides of seven and three [[bay (architecture)|bays]]. The openings have plain surrounds, and the windows have [[mullion]]s. There are loading bays on each floor in two of the bays on the long side and one at the end facing the quay.
