Reality shows have become one of Netflix’s biggest and most successful divisions in recent years. Look no further than the dating series Love is Blind, which has aired 10 seasons and over 120 episodes since its debut in 2020.
In March 2026, the streamer offers a follow-up on Love is Blind season 10, debuts an all-new dating show, and releases a new show based on a YouTube sensation. There are seven reality shows in total for March 2026, and they’re all listed below.
Blue Therapy
Coming to Netflix: March 3
Presented by therapist and relationship expert Karen Doherty, this British reality show follows seven struggling couples who step out of their comfort zones. They seek to work through their issues with the help of Doherty, engaging in conversations about love and trust.
The 8-part series is based in the viral YouTube series created by TrendCentrl and Andy Amadi. The concept is proven on YouTube; will it successfully translate to Netflix?
Age of Attraction

In Age of Attraction, singles search for their soulmates, but age is not considered. It asks the simple question: Does age matter if the love is truly real?
Hosted by Nick Viall and Natalie Joy, this reality show is presented as a dating experiment. It’s not about age. It’s about the intrinsic human connection.
The age range of those involved is pretty wide — the show took on contestants aged 22 to 60.
Age of Attraction consists of 9 episodes, airing in batch releases: Episodes 1–5 (March 11), Episodes 6-8 (March 18), and Episode 9 (March 25).

Love is Blind season 10 returns for its reunion series. Did the Ohio couples fare well in their time off screen? What have they been up to? Did the sparks remain, even while out in the real world?

Love is Blind: Sweden: Season 3
Coming to Netflix: March 12
Love is Blind: Sweden is entering its third season. Hosted by Jessica Almenäs, the upcoming 10-episode season follows the same old formula of singles dating without ever seeing each other.
Plus, season 3 adds something completely new for fans to enjoy. Following the launch of each batch of episodes, Netflix will also release an extra episode, featuring six influencers talking about and reacting to what’s happened. There’s 3 special reaction episodes in total.
Inside: Season 3
Coming to Netflix: March 23
The Sidemen are one of the most successful YouTube groups out there. They’re certainly the most successful YouTube group hailing from the UK, reaching billions of viewers. At this point, they’ve built a YouTube empire. They’ve already collaborated with Netflix on a documentary, called The Sidemen Story, in 2024. They also made their own reality show Inside, which initially aired on YouTube. Following its success, Inside season 2 was commissioned by Netflix and released exclusively on the streamer in March 2025. Now, the Sidemen will return for Inside Season 3 in March 2026.
The concept of the show is simple. Influencers are locked inside a house, each competing for a £1 million prize. However, as time passes, they must resist temptations put in front of them. They’re offered luxuries and presented with challenged, — and each time they fail, the cash pot loses shrinks.
Ready or Not: Texas
