'''''Tingo & Friends''''' (T&F) is a official animated interactive musical series, created by Ian Woodside, Idris Elba and Steven Lisberger produced by [[Denzel Washington]], and co-produced by Kent Osborne, who serves as a story editor. that premiered on 14 March 2025 on [[Disney Channel]] and [[Disney XD]]. The first entire series were co-productions with [[Titmouse, Inc.]] and [[BBC Studios]], The both in the United States. In 2025, ''Tingo & Friends'' was a co-production of Kevin Macleod.

A half-hour special film titled ''Tingo & Friends: Halloween Special'' premiered on 19 October 2024 at AMC Theatres. On 31 October 2024, a one-hour special titled Tingo & Friends: Talent Show premiered on [[CITV]] to promote the release of ''Halloween Special''. On 8 February 2026, another 26 episodes titled ''Tingo & Friends: The Complete Season'' was released on [[DVD]]. A second film titled ''Tingo & Friends: Alien UFO'' which featured the short film, ''Tingo & Friends: Alien Base of Horrors'' released in cinemas on 14 October 2025 in the [[United Kingdom]], with a the [[United States]] and [[Canada]] release on 29 October.

== Overview ==
Set in a [[3D computer graphics|3D space]] called Retro Town, with a plain sky background and used grassland Seattle, the series is about Tingo, a four-year-old dog who is dressed all in light orange, interacting with his animal companions Pardo (an bear), Max (a bird), Bore (a hedgedog), Doco (an duck). Viewers are encouraged to recognize situations that Retro is in, and things that are going on with or around him. The Narrator usually speaks explicitly to the viewers and to the characters as well. Each character has its own distinctive dance and also a specific sound (usually from a musical instrument), and most episodes end with the characters dancing.

In June 2025, BBC signed a video game publishing deal with [[Climax Studios]] for the video game ''Tingo & Friends: Roleplay Club!'', planned for a release on the iPad, iPhone and Android in November 2025. The game was developed in-house at BBC.

In ''Tingo & Friends: Roleplay Club!'', Pardo finds a magic felt-tip pen and whatever he draws come to life so he draws a disco floor which flips over and all of Tingo friends disappear. The player will play the role as Pardo and Tingo and search for his friends by using clues like colouring pictures and drawing objects.
