Jeet Raidutt, born Kamaljeet Bhardwaj, adopted the surname "Raidutt" from his grandfather. He completed his early education in Uttarakhand, India. After the death of his father, he faced financial difficulties and later began working.

So finally he decided to do job. He did very well in his job at the same time his friend suggest him to do photo shoot for Mr. India, he did it but he wasn't sure about it and didn't fill the form. One day he got a call that congratulations you have been finalized for Mr. India's grooming session, he get shocked then later on he came to know that his friend filled his form for Mr. India. When he shared this good news to his team leader about it they said don't quite the job, this contest will not gonna pay you anything but later on his team leader get convinced and given him vacation of few days, that time he came to Mumbai for the first time he did grooming session and later on he get the title of Mr. India most photogenic 2012.
