Picture: BTS BTS is back! The BTS army will be overjoyed to learn that, after 3 and a half years since their last live performance, the world’s most popular K-Pop boy band will kick off their world tour and their new album, ARIRANG, from Gwanghwamun, Seoul, live and exclusive on Netflix on March 21, 2026. Here’s everything we know about their anticipated return. Over the past couple of years, Netflix has taken great strides with its line-up of live content. From WWE, Boxing, Tennis, NFL, stand-up comedy, and even death-defying stunts, the one thing missing from its lineup (outside of the NFL pre- and halftime shows) is live music. All of that is about to change with the monumental return of BTS, the world’s most popular K-Pop boy band.  BTS in 2017 performing live on Jimmy Kimmel – PG/Bauer-Griffin Netflix announced late on February 2, 2026, that it is partnering with HYBE to bring BTS’s first live performance since October 2022, live and exclusive on Netflix, on March 21, 2026. Alongside their live performance, a companion documentary, BTS: The Return, will be released a week later on March 27, 2026, showcasing the details of their comeback. In October 2022, BTS announced to the world that they would be taking a break to pursue solo projects, and during that time, members RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook also completed their mandatory military service in the Republic of Korea Army. Fans have been eagerly awaiting their return and will be rewarded for their patience with not only a live performance on Netflix, but also the occasion marking the beginning of their new world tour and the release of their fifth studio album, ARIRANG. The new world tour, which will take place between 2026 and 2027, will see BTS travel to 34 different regions in Asia, North and Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and more, with 82 shows.
