Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognised university or institute. Candidates should be between 20 and 28 years old as on 1 January 2026, with age relaxations applicable for reserved categories as per government norms. Proficiency in the local language of the selected posting area is also required.

Stipend and Training

Selected candidates will undergo a one-year apprenticeship that includes both essential training and on-the-job experience. A monthly stipend will be paid during this period, with rates varying by location: approximately ₹12,300 per month for rural, semi-urban, or urban branches, and ₹15,000 per month for metro postings.
