Since 2020, due to the country's circumstances, the e-Government Infrastructure of the Yangon City Development Committee has been gradually deteriorating. Being under the control of the Committee Office, it is facing financial constraints, shortage of human resources, and weak technical knowledge and skills to rebuild. |
