It's not necessary to name Wikipedia articles exactly per UNESCO register. I think this name will be neutral that can be used despite potential name changes. I also don't think "Mangal Shobhajatra" is a [[WP:COMMONNAME|common name]] any longer, because news sources have not used the name since 2025.
