If you point to Mathews’ opinion, then unfortunately you are part of the problem. Being ethnically Jewish is exactly about ancestry - to claim otherwise in the face of Jewish history and halakhic law is absolutely extraordinary and explains why you have made such fundamental errors in policing this article.
