SP 500, Nasdaq notch all-time closing highs ahead of Jackson Hole

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 39.24 points, or 0.11%, to 35,405.5, the SP 500 gained 9.96 points, or 0.22%, to 4,496.19 and the Nasdaq Composite added 22.06 points, or 0.15%, to 15,041.86.
