In the first one, you take the yes/no component out of it entirely, and frame it something like "If AFD were to be renamed, what would be the best name for it and why?" and anyone who replies with "it should not be changed" can be ignored, because they are not providing any helpful suggestions. :) Then if a consensus is determined, we can have a second one asking "Should Articles for Deletion be changed to Articles for Whatever or kept with its current title?"
