Hi gang. I have some bad news. {{u|Esculenta}}, the project's most prolific contributor has been banned from Wikipedia because s/he used Large Language Models (i.e. AI) to assist in his/her writing. Despite declaring openly that s/he used LLM and his/her articles passing scrutiny from others (who spot-checked to be sure there were no citation "hallucinations"), the powers-that-be have banned him/her anyway. Very frustrating that yet another expert in their field has been tossed off the encyclopedia. But hey, at least we have plenty of Pokemon and Minecraft articles, right? Who needs subject experts on real world things when such "vital" topics are so well covered. (Warning: ** SARCASM **) SMH. So the rest of us will have to do some truly heavy lifting to continue the improvement of this corner of the internet. [[User:MeegsC|MeegsC]] ([[User talk:MeegsC|talk]]) 11:10, 24 April 2026 (UTC)
