Grace Cirocco (born 1960) is a Canadian best-selling author, a public speaker, and a personal, family, and couples counsellor. She is the author of the Canadian best-seller ''Take The Step: The Bridge Will Be There'' (HarperCollins, 2001).

Cirocco was born in Italy and immigrated to Canada with her parents in 1963. They initially lived in Toronto, and moved to the Niagara Region in 1967. Cirocco is the eldest of her parents' three children.

After graduating from Queen's University at Kingston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy, and attending a master's program in philosophy at the University of Western Ontario, Cirocco worked at CBC National Radio News in Toronto (1985-1987), was an associate producer at CBC Radio's ''The Calgary Eye-Opener'' (1987-1988), and was a producer at San Diego's XTRA NewsTalk Radio's ''Money Matters'' (1988). After travelling for a year, Cirocco was Deputy Director of the Communications Department of the Federal Government of Canada (1990-1993).

Cirocco worked as a seminar leader for Fred Pryor Seminars, travelling across North America, the UK, and Australia to deliver seminars on various topics (1993-1996). Subsequently, she continued to deliver seminars and keynote addresses of her own creation (1996-present) across North America.

Cirocco has worked as a personal, family, and couples counsellor since the mid-1990s. She has created three intensive weekend retreat programs, one for couples in a romantic relationship, one for individual women, and one for individual men.
