::::::If the article was moved to draft to improve the article, then no, it is not permitted under G4. But if the article in draft appears to have been created to circumvent Wikipedia's deletion policy, then it is eligible. When I deleted the article it appeared to have been created to circumvent the previous AfD. When the author of the article pointed out the draft was being used to improve the article, I undeleted it. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand what a previously deleted article in draftspace is being used for, which is why admins have to listen to feedback when someone disagrees with a speedy deletion. :::::::Did you look at the live DRV that was signposted on the AFD where the start of a draft was discussed? I'm guessing not because then you would never have g4 this. I'm going to be very frank with you are we have both been around a very long time and both been admins a very long time. I also have closed thousands of AFDs and probably been dragged to DRV more than anyone so I can recognise hubris and old time thinking when I see it. This is no longer Wikipedia as it was even 1p years ago and us old timers have to listen more. All through this you have argued that you were right when the reality is you went off to delete before doing your due diligence and now you are reduced to squirming about the definition of stuff because, firstly, I bothered to check the policy and, secondly, you can't admit you went off too quick. You need to get with the modern program mate. I have seen too many of us old timers driven off because of their hubris and reluctance to bend with the wind.
