What you believe to be best for Wikipedia does not appear to match up with what most experienced Wikipedia editors believe to be best for Wikipedia. We seem to be stuck in an endless loop of you creating and populating categories, defending your choices when someone objects, finally going along with the consensus, then looping back and creating and populating Yet Another Category.
