As the page has had to be pulled out of categories three times in two months, ''do not'' readd it to categories again, because draft and sandbox pages are not allowed to be in content categories. Note as well that there can be consequences for [[WP:DISRUPT|disruption]] if it doesn't stop, such as [[WP:PROT|page protection]] or [[WP:DELETION|deletion]] and/or the temporary or permanent [[WP:BLOCK|suspension]] of your editing privileges.
