Please read [[WP:BOSS]], and show it to Dr. Goh. You're not likely to succeed at writing about her, especially as a new user without prior Wikipedia editing experience. Creating a new article is the most difficult task to perform on Wikipedia, and it's even harder with a conflict of interest. If Dr. Goh or your direct superiors instructed you to build a house for Dr. Goh, you wouldn't just go out and start building; you would learn how to acquire land, design a structure, construction techniques to build it, install plumbing, etc. The same goes for writing a Wikipedia article- there are many things to learn and skills to master. |

A Wikipedia article about a person does not just document what someone has done in their life, it must summarize what independent [[WP:RS|reliable sources]] have chosen on their own to say about her and what [[WP:BIO|makes her a notable person]]- this should primarily be critical analysis and commentary of Dr. Goh and her work, not just telling us what she did. |

Dr. Goh may also want to read [[WP:PROUD]] to learn how a Wikipedia article is not necessarily desirable. There are good reasons to not want one.(I wouldn't want one) |
