:Could we get some independent confirmation of these teach-out agreements? Most of it seems self-reported with no confirmation yet from the other schools or the New England Commission of Higher Education. |

:I think we should have that particularly because the college notes there has been miscommunication. Jjazz76 (talk) 17:07, 22 April 2026 (UTC) |

::@Jjazz76 I am not sure what kind of independent confirmation you are looking for, plenty of news sources have confirmed this already. |
::The college did not note there was miscommunication, the New England Commission of Higher Education did, and that was simply about the fact that all students may remain for one more semester, nothing to do with the transfer pathways. The commission also commented in https://www.neche.org/commission-statements/joint-statement-by-hampshire-college-and-the-commission-april-2026/: |
:: |
::So the commission is quite directly supporting the college's website for this information, but if you think it is not enough I am sure that more information will be provided following the meetings over the next few days as the agreements are finalized. |
::From the other schools, Bennington and MCLA have both already confirmed: |
