I find that the History section does a great job going into depth about the origins of the dish, and discussing the different variations of the dish that have been developed over time since it spread across the Americas. That said, I believe the section could be more organized to make it easier for the reader. For example, I find that the article seemed to be teetering back and forth between possible origins of the dish. Instead, it should explain each possibility separately titled sections to avoid confusion for the reader.
