:Never mind. I just removed it. POV template removal requires one of the three: 1) consensus for removal, 2) no clear reason given for adding the tag or for the tag being there, or 3) the discussion has gone dormant. I think it's clear both conditions 2 & 3 have been met (no reason ever given on the talk page, and no discussion ever took place while the tag was a year old), and only one condition is required, so it's gone.
