:::Making a separate article about the Federalist faction which was prior to the Federalist Parry is a good idea. Once this article is created, the Federalist Party's article should include a thing that says "Not to be confused with the Federalists (faction)" or "for the faction, see Federalists (United States). ::::I named the redirect page "Federalists (United States)" to match [[Anti-Federalists]], which was previously renamed (from "Anti-Federalism") by consensus.
