Ross has spoken about the change of focus in global christianity. Europe and North America were over 80% Christian in 1900 and by 2025 the figure was just over 30%. However the growth in the global south meant that less than 20% of all Christians will live in the Global north. He argues that there is a growing imperative for ecumenical movements.
