On 22 April 2026, an MV-22B crashed at about 9:30 a.m. local time during joint military exercises between the U.S., Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Timor-Leste. Three soldiers were killed with 20 hospitalized. The accident is under investigation.{{cn}}
